Buyers are responsible for inspecting guns prior to purchasing. If a buyer intends to use a gun the buyer should have the gun inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith. Must be 21 years old w/Minnesota ID to purchase long guns and long gun ammo. Cash or check only – no debit or credit cards accepted. No buyer’s fee charged. We are required to charge Minnesota State sales tax unless a valid resale tax number is provided and a tax exempt form is filled out. Out of state buyers: Minnesota ATF requires out of state buyers have the firearm shipped from a Minnesota FFL dealer to an FFL dealer of buyer’s choice in buyer’s state. Gun must be paid for in full plus an additional $50.00 fee per gun must be paid to the Minnesota FFL dealer to cover shipping & transfer fees. Any additional fees charged by the buyer’s state FFL dealer are the responsibility of the purchaser at time of pickup from buyer’s state FFL dealer. No guns will be shipped to California or New York. If you purchase a firearm and cannot accept delivery through your local FFL dealer due to your local firearms restrictions or failure to pass background check you will not receive possession of the firearm, you will not receive a refund for the gun, and you will not receive a refund for shipping and transfer fees.
